Just baked cupcakes which used sugar-egg method with grated lime zest. And choco banana muffin requested by Aunty Yosi 🙂
I made the batter while my son walking around the kitchen.
Did I tell u he walks now on?
Then he sweated so bad, so I showered him for the second time.
Now he s sleeping in top of Mommy’s body.

A kind of baked crispy bread.
Here is the recipe:
Plain bread
(originally it should be mini burger bread, but i use plain bread) cut into bite size
2 tbsp Butter
(Indonesian called it roombutter)
2 tbsp Sugar flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Mix them.
Swipe on the bread.
Bake untill it s crispy.
It is so damn easy, huh?
For cheesy bagelen, I add some grated cheddar cheese.
For chocolate one, I add lil cocho milk. Unfortunately, this milk didnt bring enough choco.flavour. May be melted Dark Cooking Choco will do.
Dont have cookies baking tray *sad
So then I baked with my round tray. Hfft it was longer because I have to bake several times.
The cheesy bagelen is so yummy. I love, love it!!
