Baked Spinach Omelette – Another Way to Eat Vegetable

Someday I feel bored with my breakfast routin. Then I googled and stumbled on this menu.
But I just made it yesterday.
1 cup spinach, chop finely
1/4 union, chop
2 garlic, blend
3 smoked beef (i skipped this)
100 ml milk
Cheddar cheese, finely grated
Mix eggs. Add the milk. Put aside
Fry union. Stir the garlic. Once they smelly, stir the spinach.
Add the egg batter. Once the bottom is getting dry, put the cheese.
I think this might be a new way to make ur children eat vegies.
