Original recipe is from nova tabloid
200 gr cauliflower, cut
Oil to fry
100 gr all purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
125 ml water
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp white pepper
2 cloves garlic, blend
(I finely chopped it)
1 tsp salt
(I think I add more pinch of salt)
(I also add 2 tsp chicken stock powder)
Mix flour ingredient.
Cover the cauliflower with this mixture.
Fry them in hot oil.
Serve with hot ketchup.
For 5 person

Easy, huh? And yummy. Its taste of garlic in your mouth…hmmmm… There’s no vegetable flavor at all.
Btw, just f.y.i, cauliflower here called kembang kol.
Kembang means flower.
Kol is cabbage.
Kembang kol is very familiar for Indonesian. Like me. 🙂
I used to eat this veg only in cap cay dish, a simple chineese food.
Finding new ways to eat cauliflower is so fun. Hmm, this recipe could help mothers whose child hates vegetables.
