Prol Tape

I was accidentally buy this tape (fermented cassava) few days ago. I used to think it was jackfruit, LOL.

So then, I take the responsibility of my tape, and need one recipe that is easy and quick. I also want a dense food, not a cake-ly one (my hubby likes something that makes his stomach full haha). Over all, I fall to this recipe.

The result? YUMMY!
Can’t help opening refrigerator to take this over and over again. And yes, it is best to be served.after chilled.

The recipe was taken from sajian sedap

Bahan-bahan / Ingredients:
400 gram tape singkong, dihaluskan / tape, blend
125 gram gula pasir / castor sugar
1/2 sendok teh garam / tsp salt
3 butir telur, dikocok lepas / egg, beaten
35 gram tepung terigu protein
sedang / all purpose flour
150 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa / coconut milk from half coconut
50 gram margarin, dilelehkan / melted margarine (I used veg oil)
1 kuning telur untuk olesan / egg yolk for brushing

Cara Pengolahan / how to :
1. Remas-remas tape singkong, gula
pasir, dan garam sampai larut.
Tambahkan telur. Aduk rata.
Blend tape, sugar, salt. Add eggs. Blend altogether.

2. Masukkan tepung terigu. Aduk rata.
Tambahkan santan dan margarin
leleh. Aduk rata.
Stir the flour. Add coconut milk and melted margarine.

3. Tuang di loyang diameter 20 cm
tinggi 4 cm yang dioles margarin
dan dialas kertas roti.
Pour in the 20 cm (4cm in height) round tin that already brushed with margarine and baking paper.

4. Oven 25 menit dengan suhu 180
derajat Celsius. Oles kuning telur.
Oven lagi 10 menit dengan suhu 180
derajat Celsius.
Untuk 8 porsi
Bake 25 min in 180 deg Celcius.
Brush with yolk. Bake again for 10 min more in 180 deg Celcius.

(I skipped this yolk stage, hehe)
