Roasted Bread with Sweet Corn

I bought one big baguette / French bread, few days ago. Then I did nothing until my hubby told me that it almost reach the expire-date hehe. So I decided to make it all in two kinds, based on one dish; Garlic Bread!

Half of the baguette made into Open Roasted Garlic Bread.

And the rest turn into Roasted Garlic Bread with Sweet Corn (and lil mayo and tomato ketchup). The corn did enhance the flavor. Me likey! I wrapped this with aluminium foil, in order to avoid the corn become crispy.
