Posted on: August 8, 2014

Sorry, I was too lazy to take any photos.

INGREDIENTS:

3 pcs of:
Garlic
Union

About two centimetres each of:
Turmeric (kunyit)
Ginger (jahe)
Galangal (lengkuas)

3 Bay leaves
1 Lemon grass (serai)

Salt
Pepper

Chicken bone (you can substitute with Salmon head)

Salmon fillet

Cut into small squares:
Carrot
Potato

Chop finely:
Chives (daun bawang)
Celery (seledri)
I used whole celery, since my hubby doesn’t really like the smell of celery

HOW TO:
Blend garlic and union.
Fry them and add ginger and friends.
Once they smelly, pour in some glasses of water.

Boil the water and add chicken bone and salmon.

Add the vegies.

Add salt and pepper. Taste.

Last, add the celery and chives.

This soup smells so heavenly good! My kitchen was fulled with the smell of spices.

All-in-one dish. You would get carbo, protein, vitamin etc in a time. Serve in hot or warm. Yummy!

Btw, is there any of u watch “Spice of Goddess”? On that cooking show, she add spices to all her food, even the dessert.

Anyway, have a great day!!!
